1. Why are we called Elevated Perspective?

- Because we enable you to work on your business, not in your business.
2. How much does it cost?

- We have different packages to suit every budget and work flow needs. We can even create custom packages for you.

3. Hours of operation: 

- Our normal hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm PST. We also offer a 24/7 premium service. Ask us when you speak with one of our consultants.
4. Do hours rollover? 

- Unused hours do not rollover.
5. Can I pause my service anytime? 

- Yes absolutely! Just be sure to give us at least 30 days notice
6. How do I send tasks? 

- Simple! You can either call, email and/or use Slack.com to communicate with your assigned project manager whenever is convenient for you
7. How much direction is needed? 

- Your assigned project manager leads and manages every task and process. Of course, the more information you provide, the better your manager can perform.
8. Are passwords and private info safe? 

- We use LastPass to protect confidential credentials and all employees sign strict contracts.
